Community Message: Hotlink Total Plan
Call this number & what you will get is a total headache. Even with that headache, you will NOT be able to get your plan switched. There will tons of confusing "messages", thus not knowing which next button to key in. Oh yeah, & you will be charged.
Problem resolved when I went to the Maxis center today. All you actually need to do is:
Lastly, once you are a subscriber on Total Plan, you cannot switch back to Talk or SMS Plan.

Yes, they freaking charged me until my credit went kaput! Since then i dont bother to switch anymore. Hehehehe.. thanks for the heads up! :D
